The Resale Llama

The Resale Llama · Commerce operations for resellers

Know what it earns before you list it.

Sourcing, listing and bookkeeping for people running more than one store — where the profit is worked out from what the item actually costs to land, and the books already know what you owe.

Built by a reseller who got tired of margins that looked fine until the shipping invoice arrived.

The verdict comes before the listing

Every product is scored against real sold comps: item cost, freight to the destination, channel commission and the fixed per-order fee, all before a price is suggested.

You get one of three answers — good, thin, or avoid — with the sentence that explains it. A $42 jacket against a $40 median is an avoid, and it says so.

One catalogue, every storefront

Products live in your own store first and publish outward from there. One item, one set of photos, one description — not four copies burning four sets of free listings.

Each channel prices itself from its own fee model, and anything a channel’s policy forbids is blocked before it can post rather than after your account is warned.

Books that already know the tax

Sales, fees, shipping and refunds land in the ledger as they happen, across every store you connect — yours, and any you keep for someone else.

Marketplace-collected sales tax is recorded and then excluded from revenue, because it was never yours. What remains is set against self-employment tax and the quarterly due dates, so the reserve is a number rather than a guess.

Set up with the steps in front of you

Guided setup walks you through creating your own supplier and channel accounts, with the traps written down: eBay wants Seller Hub switched on first, EPROLO’s product limit is a standing 500 rather than a monthly allowance, and CJ caps sourcing requests, not listings.

Your keys are yours. They are stored per account and never shared between users.

Access is by invitation while it is being built.

The service runs live against real stores today. If you have an account, sign in — and if you are waiting on one, it is coming.
